Brendon Campbell
Role: | Pharmacist |
Qualifications: | B. Pharm MPS |
I was born and bred in Inverell. After attending Inverell Public School and Macintyre High School, I went to the University of Sydney. I returned home at the end of 1994 and started working at our pharmacy. I became a partner in the business in 1995 when Mr Pat O’Brien retired. I bought the rest of the business in 2001 when Mr Darcy O’Meara retired.
I introduced Emma as a business partner in 2007 and we changed the business name from Mitchell, O’Brien and O’Meara to Campbell and Freebairn Chemists.
I enjoy looking after people. I realise that I’m getting old when the children I helped in my early years are now bringing in their own children!
Outside of work I enjoy family time. My wife, three kids and I enjoy travelling and socialising with family and friends. Cricket remains my favourite hobby, both indoor and outdoor. I also play volleyball, indoor soccer and golf. I find sport a great way to unwind and meet people.
The Down Syndrome Association of NSW is my favourite charity and I look forward to riding my motorbike every year with Team Inverell in the Scrapheap Adventure Ride.
Thanks to everyone who supports our pharmacy and I look forward to helping you and your family in the future.
